About John Knotts
John Cruse Knotts. Born in 1962 in Huntsville Texas. Attended and graduated from Huntsville High School class of 1980. Graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville Texas class of 1987 with a Bachelor of Fine Art in painting ~ printmaking as secondary focus. Established Knotts Mural Studio in 1995 and produced many large scale public and commercial murals for Montgomery County, Texas, Premiere Cinema Corp of Big Spring Texas, worked with Richard Hass on Huntsville downtown renovation murals of architectural illusions.
